Adina is a highly motivated and capable professional. She excelled at her role within Capstone able to meet difficult deadlines sometimes under enormous pressure. She doesn't complain when the task is difficult, she simply finds a way to get it done. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Any organization would be lucky to have her.

Adina did an awesome job managing and arranging policy days and was crucial in helping us conduct outreach to policymakers and other key stakeholders on the policy issues we covered. Her work was always thoughtful, and she did a great job anticipating any challenges we might encounter in order to ensure things ran smoothly. Adina is a very intuitive, critical thinker, who needed minimal guidance, and would execute very reliably on research projects and client events she was managing. In addition, she has a positive attitude and has been a thoroughly enjoyable colleague to work with and was a deeply valued member of our team.
